The confidentiality of your Health Information obtained in connection with counseling is described in the Informed Consent to Counseling Services that is executed by you or your parent or guardian prior to Wellness Together’s counseling service. Donor Information
Wellness Together is committed to respecting the privacy of its donors, whether the donation is made online, by mail, or any other method. When you make a donation, you provide your name and contact information. Financial donors provide standard payment information including, in many circumstances, credit card data.
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ personally identifiable information with any other entity, except as described below. Wellness Together may have vendors that assist with processing and managing
donations and donor data. To the extent any donations are processed through such vendors, donor information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

Payment for any events or conferences may be made through WellnessTogether.org and any information regarding this payment will not be retained.

Wellness Together Service Providers
Wellness Together uses service, online software, storage, and other service providers which may have access to personal information. Such service providers may include, but are not limited to, Google and Simple Practice. Wellness Together enters into Business Associate Agreements with each such service provider which obligate such service providers to adhere to the Privacy Rule under the U.S. Health Information Privacy Protection Act in connection with the use and storage of Health Information and personal information.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may send us an email at info@wellnesstogether.org to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Changes to our Privacy Policies
WellnessTogether.org may amend the Other Privacy Documents and this Privacy Policy at any time, and only the current documents and statement may be deemed effective. The current release date of this Privacy Policy will be displayed at the bottom of the final page of this policy. Regardless of later updates or changes to the Other Privacy Documents or this Privacy Policy, we will never use the information you submit under our current privacy notice in a manner inconsistent with the immediately prior release of such documents or statement without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prevent that use.
