MOL Student Directors

Mind Out Loud Student Directors work alongside the staff as part of the leadership team to plan and facilitate meetings, communicate and collaborate on upcoming events, and provide guidance and support to Student Reps. Currently, a group of five senior Student Reps lead and develop the initiative. Student Directors continually work to expand the program’s geographic reach, develop program sustainability measures, plan successful and engaging internal activities, run oversight systems, and tend to the initiative’s mission.

Student Reps

Mind Out Loud Student Reps are middle and high school students (ages 13+) who serve as part of a student cohort working to destigmatize mental health, offer resources and support to peers, and open the conversation surrounding mental wellness. Student Reps serve on one of six committees that support the mission and pillars of the program; student work includes podcast production, digital design, public event planning, and partnership coordination. Student Reps receive an immersive and collaborative experience that provides professional development and resume-building opportunities, along with peers and professional connections.
