The Youth-Led Mental
Health Movement

Amplifying the Student Voice

Mind Out Loud (MOL) is a FREE program of online workshops, an annual event, and student-led committees that build mental health advocacy skills for all students (13+).

MOL is a safe and inclusive community of students that equips, empowers, and launches a generation of student mental health advocates to strengthen themselves, their schools, and communities.

Become a Student Rep!

Mind Out Loud Student Reps are students (ages 13+) who:

  • Serve as part of a student cohort working to destigmatize mental health

  • Offer resources and support to peers

  • Open the conversation surrounding mental wellness

  • Receive an immersive and collaborative experience that provides professional development, resume-building opportunities, peers, and professional connections.

Student Reps serve on one of six committees that support the mission and pillars of the program; student work includes podcast production, digital design, public event planning, and partnership coordination.
